If Miles just webs his arms to his side (kind of like this) then he wouldn't be able to move his arms up to cut himself out, so unless he can avoid the webs or something then Miles just webs him up GG ez

It’d be pretty hard with Black Panther’s acrobatics. Though Spider Sense would help Miles out. But it seems like he’s less skilled in hand to hand so catching Black Panther wouldn’t be that simple.

I’m thinking Miles’ other powers will give him the leg up he needs since invisibility and electricity can’t be countered by Black Panther. But at the same time he took a while to use those abilities so Black Panther has time to kill him with a quick slice of his claws.

Voting miles, Invisibility and spider sense makes it extremely hard for BP to land reliable hits on him, Miles would probably also have a big mobility advantage being able to just swing around with his webbing which is much more reliable than BP's acrobatic
