First off, Mondo's profile should get a second key for his corrupted form, Ulti-Mondo (well, that's what the costume shop calls it), as his powerset in that key is fairly different.

Stats​

• AP, Durability, Striking Strength and Lifting Strength are all covered by this calculation I've made. Hasn't been approved yet but eh. Anyway, Mondo's second key and David would get a far higher via reality warping, as Mondo managed to turn the entire moon red. Not combat applicable tho
• Speed should be nerfed from Supersonic+ to Transonic, as Mondo never bullet times against bullets, but David can easily knock away automatic fire. Well, if Transonic is the speed rating you'd get from something like that, I'm not sure.
• Intelligence, Stamina and Range all need some rewording, but that's basically a given.

Abilities​

Mondo's second key would have all of David's abilities and vice versa due to him inheriting his powers, but lose the Musselback's abilities due to growing back his arm.

Mondo's first key

• Mondo & David - Self-Sustenance (Type 2, can live on the Moon without any issue)
• Transformation - Mondo's Musselback can become a human hand to bypass fingerprint scans, and turn into various other weapons.
• Statistics Amplification - Mondo can remove the limiters on his GEKKOU and speed up his reactions
• Resistance to Corruption and Empathic Manipulation for Mondo. While he did eventually become corrupted, that required incredible amounts of Dark Matter, which is equivalent to human malice and converts people to evil.
• Ice Manipulation and Statistics Reduction - Via the Musselback's Ice Shot
• Regeneration - Mid-Low (Has an ability that constantly slowly heals him), possibly higher (Can survive impalement in gameplay)
• Breaking the 4th Wall (Is anyone surprised by this?)
• Healing - Blood
• Enhanced Senses - The Musselback can be set to vibrate when certain items are nearby. Wields X-Ray glasses, though he usually doesn't bring them in combat situations.
• Absorption (Not just blood, but also Dark Matter)
• Energy Projection
• Cyborgization - bruh
• Shockwave Manipulation via his final spin attack upgrade
• Vehicular Mastery (Able to combat while driving a motorcycle in certain side missions)
• Social Influencing (Very skilled seducer)
• Resistance to Heat Manipulation (Can tank TM-551's furnace flames)
• Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Despite having his dreams affected by Dolly, he was not controlled to her unlike Mika)
• Sleep Manipulation and Dream Manipulation (With the Area 151 Pill, which he used to fight and kill Dolly in his dreams)

Ulti-Mondo and David

• Statistics Amplification (By becoming a Wire)
• Regeneration (Mid) - Shown here
• Darkness Manipulation
• Reality Warping (Mondo turned the Moon red, David gave this ability to Alice and should have it as a result)
• Summoning (Of Wires)
• Energy Projection
• Corruption, Empathic Manipulation, Cyborgization, Power Bestowal, Technological Manipulation, Organic Manipulation (By turning people into Wires)
• Telekinesis (Mondo rebuilt David's palace in the ending)
