If Lizard's AP is 0.54, then that gives him a 2.16x advantage in AP and Durability, He's also about 1.85x stronger and retains higher combat speed/reactions. Croc on the other hand has way more skill and experience, as well as better stamina. Lizard is more agile but Croc has had experience in fighting agile opponents such as Batman, Harley Quinn, and Catwoman. Both have the same type of regeneration, with Croc being slightly superior, making it hard for both to leave lasting damage on each other.

But as I mentioned before, Croc is a much better fighter than Lizard with even Wonder Woman, who Bats considers to be the greatest fighter on Earth, complimenting his skill, and Croc has consistently endured more severe injuries and conditions than Lizard such as being gunned down by an apache, having his limbs removed, and still being able to run around and fight with scratches deep enough to reach his brain.

So I think Croc wins this with high diff
