Khorne sword

I ve read that khorne has a sword, named the Warmaker that "a single sweep can cut through reality itself". Can this be regarded as Ignoring Durability?

Yes, though since Khorne is an 8-12D being, I don't think durability negation is a big deal, in that ballpark.

Yes, but Khorne's never really present outside of the Warp. It's more just his influence.
