Ken possesses higher strength, durability, and to a lesser extent speed, as well as intangibility and OHKO attacks. Wolvie's not any more intelligent than Ken either, last I checked, so no benefit there, and his Regenerationn won't do him much good against the sort of injuries Ken can inflict. Given such, I cast my vote for Kenshiro as well.
