Pistol lowkey makes this hard. If Morio keeps his cool and shoots Chiba centre mass he can win, but Chiba can one shot if he gets in close. Question is, can he?

I think with his mind games he will get inside Morio's head and cause him to second guess if he can win at all. Chiba will take advantage of this and close the distance avoiding a poor shot from Morio before disarming him. Morio will fall back onto his judo but quickly realizes the power gap as Chiba reverses the throw and finishes with a karate move.

Yeah I can see that, especially because Chiba's mind games even worked on Hatsumi and we have no feats for Morio's gunplay
