Nah it's definitely above 8-B, if shaking the Kengan arena is 7-C then we should get similar results with an even bigger arena. This Dome in particular is located on a relatively large volcano and Waka shook it along with the volcano.

That calculation confused meters with kilometers, that is why the result is 7-C and not High 8-C+

Those* and I doubt that, we have 3 separate 7-C feats. 2 of which are from the Dome shaking.
