Kazuma Kiryu reaction speed upgrade?

I know Kiryu's reaction speed is already at subsonic but bullet dodging even if just, should at the very least be transonic. He does clearly dogde the bullet though, theres no denying that, and the fact that he does in gameplay too.

The transonic speed you want to apply is not necessary, since i linked a hypersonic speed feat and two possible ap upgrades.
