Geten can't even hit her and will get instantly speed blitz.

Also Geten gets stomped even with Speed Equalized. Geten needs ice to fight, without ice he's just a normal person. He can't create ice, he needs existing ice and can turn water into ice using that existing ice. But without ice, he can't do anything. Central Park (Standard Location if the OP doesn't give one) isn't known for having lots of ice.

Unless this is during a blizzard or something. However Geten stomps if this is a fight where he does have ice and speed is equal. Since he's just going to spam ranged attacks from hundreds of meters in the air, where she can't hit him. Her range is only several meters.

Does Doma fly over hundreds of meters in the air and launch attacks that cover multiple city blocks?

They aren't inside either, they're in the open space. How high can she jump and can she avoid attacks while in mid air? Attacks bigger than buildings?

Once again though, even with Speed Equalized Geten loses bad because he has no ice to use. Without ice he's a normal human. The above is assuming he has ice. But the SBA has them start in central park, which doesn't have the thousands of tons of ice he needs.
