Yeah, I have honestly loved this matchup in a general sense since I thought about it a few months back, but it is sadly not meant to be.
The smallest AP gap between the two is 5.46 Megatons vs 0.73 Megatons, which is 7.3x difference, meaning that Kyo one-shots (which is considered a 7x AP gap, at least for VSB policy) by an extremely thin margin.
It's a shame too, considering their connections and my attachment to both.
