This is a stomp, Jesse has no answer to 90% of Kai's arsenal. And he's not skilled, at all. Most of his fights that are not with fodder mobs end with him losing somehow, the only true "skilled" character in the verse is Ivor and that's in season 2.

Truth be told, if Jesse had the command block as optional equipment, there could be chance of a match if you blood-lusted him. Though it could be a stomp in the other way around since in Story Mode, all you need is place it and the effects happen, no need to type.
