Well huh Kai's fire attacks won't really be useful here. I can see Kai trying to restrain her with the Chain Gun due to way higher LS (or like physically choke her ig).

Lifting Strength: At least Class T (Elemental Masters are naturally stronger then normal humans. After unlocking his Elemental Dragon, got stronger to the point where he was able to push back and contend with Anacondrais, who could earlier on restrain Cole)

Kai also got good combat skills, but it appear Acheron is pretty skilled in combat herself, and will hit Kai with a Octobon Flash which pretty much gvies her the win

I doubt it considering Acheron can interact with Elemental entities among other things, so I don't think a tornado of fire would make a difference. Plus considering the massive AP difference, she literally only needs to touch him once. If this somehow isn't a stomp, voting Acheron.

Her 12D Hax are resistricted. If it isn't for skills, Kai would have her restrained on the floor easily

And if this fight would be like Acheron vs SAM where they fought casually & tanked and evaded each other's attacks. Kai isn't surviving.

Yeah, Naught is allowed but what's not allowed is Naught deriving powers from Path of Nihility themselves. Which means if it's unsheathed, it simply won't derive powers from THEM or well. I mean if it's sheathed it's already enough, too massive of an AP difference one-shots Kai
