I'll vote for Jon and Ghost. They both have stealth mastery but Hunter has experience with wolves so he'll be able to spot Ghost first and target him. It doesn't matter if he successfully kills Ghost or not at that point because Jon can sneak up on him while he's distracted and backstab him.
