Let me explain, the difference between "Canon" Giorno and "Novel Giorno" is that the latter (in the novel at least) has shown better resistence against hax, that was proven since he was able to resist universal destruction 36 times alongside Rohan (With Heaven's Door Requiem, apparently) and Novel Kars.
Basically, a Giorno able to resist at least Multiverse+ attacks against him, contrary to the basic "Universe" level shown in the JoJo manga, it is a matter of discussion wherever the canon Giorno can actually resist multiverse attacks in his own canon manga, but that's for another discussion.
In my opinion, this is very tied, the Undertale section has shown some amazing feats, and skills, but the JoJo side has shown some of it's own things as well, if i were to put individually the strongest 2 beings, this would probably be a battle between Asriel and Novel Kars.
I'm lenient to say that Novel Kars might take this round, the "At Least 2-A" were simply some of his own basic feats, this is not including the powers from obtaining all stands in Requiem form + His immense amount of hax, which is much, much higher than the repertory of attacks from Asriel, hell, is basically the equivalent of all the soul powers of every human with a strong will, which is probably infinite.
Novel Giorno would deny all the intents of Chara from killing him, but since he is an abstract concept, I can't really see if Giorno can land a definite mortal hit, he could reduce his death to "Zero" making him dissappear, but i'm not quite sure, I would leave this at a Stalemate.
So, even with the most ammount of determination here, I think in Round 1, Jojo takes this, with difficult, but manages to do so, that's what i believe.
Round 2 might be different, without determination characters like Undyne, Frisk and some others lose the motivation to battle, and as such their powers as well, the real hitters from the JoJo side here are Johnny (TUSK ACT4), Giorno (GER), HA Dio and Enrico Pucci (MiH), if they were to battle (together) against Asriel whose latter is without any sort of determination, they might win or lose, depending on the context.
Photoshopped Flowey, Sans and Asriel are the only ones here fighting against those four, and so, who would win in a hypothetic situation?, depends on how serious both sides are, if the Undertale side remains without a care about the world and they go on, they will lose, what really puts Jojo in disadvantage is that they cannot attack unless they pull a situation where they win (Example: Letting Pucci charging MiH until it's completed, and then resetting the universe, a place where he has the upper ground here).
But what puts Undertale in disadvantage as well is the amount of hax, they need more in order to attack someone like HA Dio, who was only defeated by using a Paradox against him, in his arms nonethless, I would say that this round might end in either a Stalemate, or a victory from JoJo, depending in the mood of the characters.
