Imo jesse takes this. He'll aim the rock he has at a weak point on the rake momentarily incacipating it which would already deal a 2.8 damage deal above the rakes own durability. This would give jesse time to rush the rake and beat it unconscious.

Jesse is physically stronger, but not by all that much, and the Rake can easily close that gap using it's claws. i'd also argue that the rake has more combat experience due to being alive for so long. Not to mention that the Rake has a lot more abilities that it can use to trip up Jesse, like its telepathy or mind manip.

Its mind manip isn't anything that will cause Jesse to kill himself instantly, but I'd argue that it would, at the very least, make him spooked enough to slip up and allow for a kill

Wouldn't Jesse be 9-C with a rock? He did this with a hand sized rock, almost incapacitated Tuco Salamanca with a single hit, who is 9-C.

As mentioned above, Jesse's AP can also reach higher with the rock and it allows him to harm Tuco who can easily beat normal people to death.

Its only direct combat feat is severely harming a defenseless child. The rest of the time, it just scares people into leaving the country or self-delete.
