She opens a Gate to wherever she feels like. She is the one manipulating the Outrealm Gate. She asks the party which world they want to visit.
 
Then Anna overwhelms him with her summoned army, that is > Jedah's Morgalls

And she only needs to land Luna or Aether to destroy him, while she is more durable, regens faster, and can outlast him.
