I was JUST looking at Janemba's page lol.

Anyway, I'm.....Not really sure, Arceus has far more hax but Janemba is Nigh-Omnipresent. Plus IDK much about Arceus. So inconclusive for now. Plus Arceus isn't evil.

To be fair, Arceus could have the AP advantage even if both are at 2-C, considering that its 2-C feat comes from waking up

Actually there's a couple big differences here, one match was closed due to upgrades and the other two were closed via blitzes. So incomplete Arceus with no speed equalized hasn't been done.

The blitz is in Arceus's favor though. Janemba can't fight in its nigh-omnipresent form
