Since he literally went up and down in terms of power, I think it's reasonable to separate his states. Let me know what you think.
3-A (Far superior to Alt. Michael, who was the most powerful Archangel to ever appear), already in the wiki, but it needs some clean ing up. He's listed as Genius, he should be Above Average to Gifted at best. He's not weak against Angel warding anymore, so just keep Archangel blade (I think it goes on the same category as Grace extraction since the blade is the only known thing that can extract his grace, so...) and his naivety.
At least 9-A, possibly Low 7-B (After getting his grace extracted, he should scale from Dean, Sam and Castiel taking into account that Gorgon fight, but I'm not sure)
3-A via Enochian magic (Completely overpowers Alt. Michael)
At least 3-A, possibly higher (The Winchesters suggest that he "leveled up," somehow becoming even more powerful than he already was in order to be able to escape the box)
