I don't know anything about Izuku so it's hard to tell but Superboy's stats are at their minimum since i only now started rewatching season 2 of Young Justice and they have some good feats there.

Considering the fact that Superboy is able to casually tear apart a tank and throw around its chunks at high speeds, I highly doubt he's limited to Room level.

Many peole don't realize how strong Small Building level actually is.A character could punch someone a km away and that would only put him at Wall level and Small Building level durability is enough to survive falling from the upper layers of the atmosphere.
