Deku has pretty heavy advantages that let him deal with basically everything Rock Lee has. It’s pretty bad on Rock Lee’s side honestly.

First, 550 megatons vs 100 megatons. Deku is 5.5x stronger than Rock Lee, meaning he can easily fight him for far longer than Lee can. Lee is not breaking through Deku regardless of how many times he hits him unless Deku stands still. Meanwhile Deku is battering Lee all over the place with even just his Air Pressure. Very hard disadvantage for Lee from the jump.

Second, Deku dominates in LS, meaning he can easily catch Lee with Blackwhip by reading his movements. If Lee gets captured he is going to lose in seconds as he’ll get ragdolled and KO’d.

Third, Danger Sense + Analytical Prediction. He reads all of Rock Lee’s attacks and movements, dodges practically all of them then just beats him down over the course of the fight. Lee is the one that needs to end the fight since I don’t believe he can be in the sixth gate forever. Meanwhile Deku can operate for days on end bare minimum. Time is on Deku’s side and he has all day to pick apart Lee’s fighting style and movements to beat him.

Fourth, Fa Jin amp one shots Lee.

Deku dominates Lee no doubt.

His profile only says he should be much stronger than his past self which would make him baseline. Whether he scales to that particular 7-A value or not is unknown to me.

No he wouldn't, that calc is for Sasuke during his fight with Itachi. New Era Rock Lee has nothing to do with it.

He's just upscaling from his previous 7-B+ value, which means he is baseline 7-A.

I don't know if he'll have more feats or scaling, but currently he does not scale to anything else.

This isn't all that fair, Izuku is 5.5X stronger, can increase his strength/speed with Fa Jin, and has the Lifting Strength advantage. Once restrained with Blackwhip, Rock Lee is done for. Even than his own attacks wouldn't do as much damage in comparison. In terms of martial arts, Rock Lee is better... but that can only help him so much.

This isn't even including Danger Sense, Flight, and the ranged advantage. Rock Lee doesn't have much of a chance here.
