I'd say Deku. He has blackwhip, float, can obscure Naruto's vision, and can amp his power above Town level with Fa-Jin to go above his limits even without 100%, and has more mobility options than Naruto, especially in an enviroment like ground beta where he has the advantage since he's used to the cityscape.

I'd still say he wins, he has the mobility to pull off multiple ranged air pressure attacks while Naruto is stuck with basically rasengans and fodder shadow clones.

Jirobo vs 30% should be fine, since 30% is high enough past baseline to not get stomped by the stat difference.

Why is Jirobo Class M when the calc on his page says the results are Class G? His lifting strength link goes to an outdated calc that puts him lifting Choji at Low 7-C.

Jirobo is 35.41 Kilotons while Izuku is an unknown amount higher than 5.8 Kilotons. Jirobo is around 6X stronger, so Izuku's normal attack or even Fa Jin won't be doing much damage. Restrain with Blackwhip won't work either, since Jirobo should be Class G but it looks like someone forgot to update it and only changed his AP/Dura.

Actually even Base Jirobo LS is 4290 Metric Tons, which is higher than the 3242 Metric Tons.

I'm not voting, just letting people know the stat difference.

Because lifting strength (and speed) for Naruto pages haven’t been updated in ages and won’t be updated for a while.

They’re being planned, there’s just two or three more AP threads that we have to get done before we move on to speed and LS.

30% has no known number above 20%, unless you can provide a solid statement that places it above 20% by a certain amount? 30% is an unknown amount higher than 5.8 KT, which is baseline 7-C or the rating of 20%. 30% is stronger but we do not know by how much, an unknown amount stronger.

Jirobo is a little over 6X stronger than 5.8 KT, and Izuku is an unknown amount higher than 5.8 KT. So the difference between them is at least 6X, unless someone can provide any better numbers. As without them, there is nothing else to say.

Once again I'm not voting, just making the numbers clear.
