Winner is the last one standing.

Unboosted Issei gets killed by Tatsumi without going Incursio. Boosted Issei gets killed by pre-evolution Incursio. Balance Breaker Issei is one-sided. Triana Issei is one-sided. Unrestricted means Juggernaut Drive stomps hard. Diabooblos Dragon stomps even harder.

Not to mention Ascalon is the bane of any dragon's existence.

Eh, normal Issei is pretty strong also, he can use Ascalon to counter Tatsumi's sword attacks, can use this Dragon and devil wings to fly and finally Dragon Shot which can take a huge chuck of a moutain out, but ultimately Issei would win in the end.

Just because he's your favorite anime character does not mean you can create battles that are one sided and expect them to go on their page. It has to be a fight that is actually convient to both parties not spite like this. This is as equivalent to Ichigo facing Han Shinwoo or Guts vs Kratos- it's just insulting to a character.

Yes, but if that's just the reasoning, then at least limit their powers by selecting specific parts of their stories like both 7-B or something of the sort for a more fair fight. There needs to be more level groundings here. Otherwise, matches between vampire hunter D and Alucard would at least once show up and Alucard would get madly domininated.
