Easily Tian. FSJ far more powerfull verse than H x H. Isaac is bragging about how he developed supersonic punch thru decades. FSJ is mostly hypersonic. So Netero is out of class.. And Tian's limits are unknown.

If passive Meruem able to deal with him.. Then Tian should do better than Meruem. He dont need monochrome or white wall.
