Ok so if I was sucked into and trapped in a rift in space and time but could still move would that be a speed feat or no?.

The rift was a portal between multiple universes, space time continuums and then it was closed.
Would their still be a flow of time inside a rift that is now closed between time and space?.

If the rift is shown to be qualitatively timeles as outlinednin the Timeless Voids Standards, it could apply.

If the rift is outside of space-time, it's infinite speed. It depends if it's consistent with that character's other speed feats, though.

They never went into detail about the rift other than it was rift in time and space that connected to multiple universes.
The character was seal inside the rift. Said character is later revealed to have escaped. I'm simply wondering if it qualifies as a speed feat but looking at the Timeless Void page, it can't be used given lack of information on the rift.
