Is this enough to be considered Light Speed? [Transformers]

I know the wiki is very much strict about what is and what isn't light speed, so I wanted to ask before I find any feats and discover this isn't considered light speed in this site.

So, Energon Weapons are said to be energy-based weapons (It is not just melee weapons in the comic, the integrated weapons form Scorponok, Snow Cat and Mirage are called Energon Weapons) and said weapons from Arcee is reflected on this surface (Once again, Arcee's 'weapon' is called an Energon Weapon, the same 'weapon' in fact). However, much like a lot of the 2000s lasers, the Energon Weapons explode on contact with most surfaces.

Would the fact they are called Energy-based weapons and one is shown reflecting at one point be enough to be considered light-speed, or the fact the lasers explode on contact with any surface make them not light-speed?

If its not called a laser/beam of light or isnt of photonic nature, i doubt any amount of smilarities with light will make it lightspeed
