So basically this realm has its own time and causality and it's disconnected from time. The temporal fluctuations cause you to become lost in time. These dimensions are infinite in size and have distorted versions of space and time. They also exist outside of the 4D universe.

The Realm contains infinite dimensions, or there's an infinite amount of Realms like the one described? Anyways, I think its tier 2 but it would give BDE to whoever lives inside the realm or owns it
