Is Spacetime and Reality the same thing?

I know the title appears a little vague but please hear me out, and this may get a little abstract but is space-time fundamentally the same as reality? When I try to look it up, I get an answer saying that reality is more philosophical or metaphysical when Spacetime is more real or observable. Or would they be considered separate?

Space time is reality, but reality not space and time. I mean space and time is part of reality

Most fiction make no distinction so we probably treat them as the same thing.
