Is brute strength enough to beat Kenshiro?

If you get amount Muso Tensei turning Kenshiro in to nothingness, then yes, one would be able to punch him to pieces if he had enought brute strenght
Thought, he's very skilled, so if you only have strenght and not a lot of skill or AoE ranged attacks, he very much could be able to hit your pressure points and make you go splat

Would his pressure points even work on nigh or fully omnipotent beings like One Above All or The Presence?

Kenshiro can't interact nor affect higher dimensional beings, so no it wouldn't work
though i'd say that it would work on about anything with a 3-D biological body

Hm, what about Toon Force users?

Toon Force is a wild beast, it can very much do anything and nothing.
Low level users can only do minor stuff like strech their bodies, while the ones on the higher end of the spectrum can manipulate the fabric of reality itself and come back from being completly erased
