Ippo Makonouchi possible downgrade

I was clicking the random button for fun and found Ippo's profile. The calc that put him to Wall level (6 KJ) is outdated considering that by the current AP chart of the wiki he should be Street level .

Does he have any other higher feat that should put him to his current tier?

Ippo's punch breaks the sound barrier.

Speed of sound = 340.29 m/s

KE = 0.2834952 x 0.5 x 340.29┬▓ = 16413.9871077 Joules

This is Wall Level.

I see no problem with it, but I don't think using the whole arm would be a problem, since I don't see anything that violates the KE rules.

Also, Takamura apparently KO'd a black bear that could one-shot trees with a single paw swipe.
