From what i've seen, going in to murder his foes at high speeds.

Some extent to where he could make a building disappear out of thin air.

Tricky has reality warping and resurrection. I'm sure the Tank has no match against him.

Tricky's ressurection stems from the Portable Improbability Drive in his head and if it's destroyed he supposedly can't ressurect anyomre.

Hank literally cut open Tricky's head in MC5 and sliced his head in MC6 but Tricky was still able to survive and if anything it just triggered him, not to mention he can just trick the Tank like how he tricked Mag Hank in incident 1000a. I think Tricky would just get triggered and rip apart the Tank (like he did in MC5, or how he easily ripped Mag Agent: Torture in half in incident 1000a). My vote is on Tricky for this one
