Intelligence potion exploit allowed?

Is the Nerevarine's powers list allowed to include the Intelligence potion exploit? Drinking an INT potion, then crafting a better INT potion and drinking that one, and on and on until becoming able to craft potions with numbers higher than the game engine can handle.
