Info Manipulation Question

Say you have this fictional verse where outside of the universe/real world the story takes place in, there is a space where all of the phenomena of the real world exist in the form of a program, including phenomenon/concepts like time.

Is there anything more than just Info Manipulation if you were to, say, re-write the ‘program’ of time? Or would it JUST be Info Manip & Time Manip?
