Infinity gauntlet crossverse?

Can infinity gauntlet be used in crossverse battles? And can it only be used in the universe they where created in?
 
I don't have an answer to the first question but regarding the second question YES it has been confirmed multiple times by marvel the infinity gems/stones only work in their native universe
 
We probably use the infinity gauntlet thanos the most so yeah, verse equalization.
