If someone tried to manipulate time on an individual and it's shown to not work, and the reason being is that they "lost their time long ago". Would that be any grounds for immunity to time manipulation since they lost time as a part of their existence?

Ye it would be Time Manip resistance

I would say yes unless there's some kind of ability that can give/grant the user their time back.

Tho more context would be appreciated as it may be just a figurative of speech and the user just have resistance towards such manipulation.

A character in question has an ability to kill the time a target possesses (this is literal as their main gimmick is slicing/destroying time in a literal sense) which would result in them being erased across time. He does it on one person and it works, the second he does it and it doesn’t work, and that “my time ended long ago” is the explanation for why it didn’t work on that target.

I thought this would also be some form of nep and acausal? Not having time across history would be more than just time hax immunity no?

@Arkenis that's why I'm asking since sometimes some series has acausality with other explanations but would have a statement like this.

Yes, this provides resistance, but some characters can even manipulate areas that lack time, for example: Shinra.

This seems like it involves some kind of concept hax as well. While it can be immunity with the context provided, it seems like it'll only apply to that form of time manipulation as normal time manipulation involves local manipulation of universal time not just time related to a target

Well time manip abilities tend to be concept manipulation, since time is an abstract idea
