Immortality Via Tier 0

So let's say there is a character who has true immortality from Tier 0, let's say tied to tier 0, for example "You have been said by Him not to die or end as Him." (The point is, he won't die if the Tier 0 doesn't die which is impossible because he's a Tier 0.)
Can it be bypassed?. Especially if there is a Vs match.

It can't be directly bypassed/negated, but it can be circumvented depending on the type of immortality. For example if they have an immortal body, then you can just attack their soul, that kind of thing.

How about his entire Existence?
Like his information,status or Concept?

Depends on the context. Just a statement that they were given immortality doesn't mean every aspect of them is immortal.

At the same time, if they show no fear against being who have Information/Concept Hax, saying "You can't kill me", or are made Immortal within the context that the Immortal Being will be facing Existence Erasing Entities, then the Immortality might cover that kind of stuff.

So basically, being made Immortal by a Tier 0, isn't any more special than being made Immortal by a Tier 2 God, it's just the former can't be directly negated. Other then that, it's all based on context.

How about this?

"Thy eternity? Nay, 'tis neither curse nor blessing; nay, it is THOU, 'He' who hath fashioned and bestowed upon thee that eternity. He regardeth not eternity as wondrous, for to Him, all is the same—both transient.

Yet, thou art different; thy eternity is but a glimpse of the true life He hath ordained, where age beareth no weight, time maketh no impact, and the beginning nor the end holdeth significance; to die and to live are one.

Thy eternity is Life; thou art directly bound to Him. Why? For He desires it; unless He speaketh 'Yea', all is 'Nay'; there is naught—real, true, false, fictitious, nothing.

To inquire whether 'tis a blessing or a curse, let it be for thee to discover."
