If every character is omniscient and omnipresent, how do they coexist?

I can't see a story being very interesting if every character has the same powers, how would this particular verse work? Also, what level of omnipresence and omniscience would these characters happen to possess? If almost every character is both omnipresent and omniscient, what would stop them from achieving their goals instantly?

Maybe the profiles are just lacking or I'm missing something important here, but this is kind of odd.

I think he is more asking how the story is any good if all the characters know everything and are everywhere, so there's no challenge or drama
