Ichigo wins because of greater melee range, as well as an advantage in intelligence. In addition to this, if Lucina were to wound Ichigo severely, he would still be able to fight, and I can't say the same for Lucina.

I also think Lucina would be unprepared for Ichigo's 'Getsuga Tenshō and 'Getsuga Jüjishō.

Lucina via Aether, it heals herself and ignores durability, and even when she's not attacking she can heal herself with the Falchion, and if Ichigo just abuses his range she can just heal herself and the battle goes nowhere, so I see this as more of a melee battle than "Ichigo via range"

Or in other words:

Ichigo uses range - Stalemate, Lucina just dodges and heals from whatever hits her

Ichigo goes for melee - Lucina, Aether will just be healing her with one attack and then negating Ichigo's durability for the next attack

Uhmm...On the contrary. He isn't even going to do long ranged attacks. When a person is bloodlusted, chances are much higher he will go up close and personal with his opponent.

And he can't spam that anyway since GT takes quite a lot of energy to fire. Not to mention that if he fires from a distance, she can see it coming and dodge it.

If he's struck with Aether, he's done for since it downright negates his Durability, so I'm voting Lucina.

Also, when was it stated that it takes a lot of energy? I seem to remember that Pre Timeskip Hollow Zangetsu could spam it. And I'm talking about the explosions it would create. Not the attack itself.

Bloodlust doesn't work this way though. It means that a character will do anything to win, not that it simply wants the other dead at all costs. If it was a viable option, he would spam ranged attacks.

What is the extent of Lucina's healing? It's possible that Ichigo can bisect her in half in close proximity if he infuses Getsuga Tenshō into his Zanpakutō.

Right now, I'll vote for Ichigo for his higher range, AoE and afterimages. I don't think Lucina would be able to dodge the area of effect of the explosions of his ranged attacks. I'm not sure if Aether would one-shot him, but he has been shown fighting with grievous injuries and if he survives, he could retreat into the air and abuse his range/AoE advantage. Yes, I know about Lucina's jumping thingy, but that's not quite as good as flight, especially with her limited range. And I think close range is actually dangerous for Lucina too, since he's bloodlusted he can bisect her with a Getsuga Tenshō infused Zanpakutō. I don't know how skilled she is, but Ichigo has fought against skilled and experienced swordsmen multiple times. Also someone please confirm this for me if possible, but Pre Timeskip Hollow Zangetsu spammed multiple Getsuga Tenshō in quick succession against Byakyuya. I'm quite sure that Ichigo would be able to do the same on a greater level and I don't remember where it was stated that Getsuga Tenshō takes a lot of energy. That must have been for a much weaker version of Ichigo. He uses Getsuga Tenshō even when he's exhausted and has serious injuries.

Ichigo is scaled to a 40 teratons attack. Wouldn't that mean he's 40 times stronger than Lucina? And his True Shikai form was stated to be comparable to his Dangai form which he was using to casually stomp Aizen who's scaling to the same calculation. Isn't this a stomp match?
