I think it's not necessary to have this fight yet. Hannibal and Will need a crt about their LS, speed and stamina upgrade. Don't Dexeter and Brian need a tier and speed upgrade too? I've seen what they can become a street+ or wall and should have subsonic speeds. Maybe it's better to wait until all these characters get their CRT's, upgrades and only then do the fight?

I've heard that Randall, a character which they upscale managed to rip out a small part of a human spine. That's definitely impressive but might be an outlier

I don't seem to remember that. But Randall could dismember and tear off people's hands thanks to his costume (not scales to his LS). But I think LS of Will and Lecter should be upgraded to maybe Class 1. Since they both can snap necks (I know that basically it is peak human LS) but both Will and Hanninal also can wrestle with strong humans like Randall and Red Dragon. Randall can effortlessly lift adult man in air and Red Dragon can lift adult mans with one arm. I think this is enough for at most Class 1 LS or at least Peak Human

Considering how characters like Dexter have Class 1 LS due to breaking necks, I don't see why Hannibal & Will wouldn't have Class 1 for that as well

Dexter has Class 1 LS not only because of neck breaking. It is important to understand that neck breaking is a very outlier thing in verses. Characters capable of breaking necks may not show even close to such feats of strength. To have Class 1, a character needs to have other impressive feats of LS. When thread arose about upgrading Dexter's LS, some doubted because it was not enough to give Class 1 LS just for neck breaking. But Dexter had other impressive feats of strength, which is why he got Class 1.

Randall could actually tear people apart with his suit and was stated to have a bite force stronger than that of a Dire Wolf. Will was able to overpower him in his suit (Possibly Class 5 LS?) Hannibal could also wrestle with Jack who managed to swing him over his head which should also count as Peak Human

Yeah, Hannibal realistically can handle them. His pain tolerance, skill, and ability to manipulate fights make him a nightmare. Dexter’s biggest issue is that Hannibal can keep going through injuries that would cripple most people. The fact that he wrecked multiple agents and Mason's guards while injured just proves he's on another level.

Killing must feel good to God too... He does it all the time. And are we not created in his image?

Okay. I don't see much point in voting, since results of this fight in profiles will last a couple of months, since all four characters will have to get their CRT's sooner or later. But I'm going to vote anyway. My vote is for Will and Hannibal. Higher AP, higher stamina and pain tolerance and judging by what GreshPnk wrote, Hannibal and Will are not inferior to Dexter and Brian in combat skills and overall skill, if not superior.

I don't really see how Dexter & Brian have a skill advantage here. Hannibal has shown himself to have incredible hand-to-hand combat skill that's a bit more impressive than what Dexter & Brian can do
