Well, The Sniper scales to Soldier who can tank his tank exploding (0.086 Tons of TNT) while the Hunter scales to dinosaurs destroying a bridge (0.008 Tons of TNT)

That means that the Sniper is... 10.75x stronger than the hunter, who doesn't even scale to that physically and is just Athlete level (106 Joules) meaning the difference is even bigger... they can't really do any significant damage before Sniper just one-shots them.

Btw just wondering what do you think in time squares New York that Rex could use to throw and explode? Could a balled up piece of litter work? What do you think
