Alright, this should be a simple CRT for the video game The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.

Hulk's Sonic Clap and Critical Thunderclap: 9.10 Kilotons of TNT (Town level) and 280.98 Kilotons of TNT (Large Town level)

The two calcs in this blog have been accepted, as such the current 8-A to 8-A+ cast should be upgraded to 7-C to High 7-C respectively.

Is this CRT self-evident enough for a single staff to be enough to apply this?

No, since this changes the Tiering of every single character in this verse.

While not based on anything controversial nor is the verse itself, a minimum of two staff is still required.
