Pretty interesting match up, even though I doubt Spear could do something about Hulk's regeneration. Even without it Spear would seriously struggle against him, since Hulk have really high advantage in lifting strength, Spear doesn't have any prep time/prior knowledge and other ranged weapons except his spear and would have to get in a close range combat anyways. I'm voting for Hulk for now
