Dude, all you have to do is click the New Page button, type in the title, and click on the prompt that shows up. From there, it's Easy Egypt.

If the profile is locked. You should ask a content moderator, an admin, or a bureaucrat. Preferably a content moderator or an admin since the latter (bureaucrat) is extremely busy.
Granted if you have reasonable reason to edit the locked profile, such as accepted crt or something along that line.

Oh, that part? I usually don't bother with locked pages. Whenever there's a grammar issue in a locked profile, I just put grammar fix suggestions in the All-Purpose Request Thread and see if someone else could handle them.

open the wiki home page. Next to the search button there are other buttons and one of them is to make a page. You then make it.
Just make sure it follows all the rules.

read the rules on how to make a profile. then look at the buttons near the "search" button on the wiki homepage and find the button that looks like a page.
