How to calculate this feat?

Context: Wanda stops an oncoming train on the road surface, so the train is successfully stopped.

I know it was use a Telekinesis, but I still want to calculate the Lifting Strength of the feat.
In LS page it said that:

"A common case is that the weight of something pulled across a horizontal surface needs to be multiplied by the appropriate friction coefficient after finding the mass of the object."

Then, is the formula just "train mass × friction coefficient"?
