If a character had enough physical strength to pull all seven continents together into a new Pangaea, what would that be in lifting strength?

If it was done in a timespan of fifteen seconds?

It would be low class Z to lift all the continents, since from what I've seen, the continental crust is estimated at around 2-3*10^22 kg, and less than a third of that is land.
If we assume all of that was moved a quarter of Earth's circumference on average, then the average speed would be 667904.6 m/s, and the maximum speed assuming constant acceleration for the first half, and constant deceleration for the second half of movement would be 1335809.2 m/s, which would have been accelerated to in 7.5 seconds. This gives an acceleration of 178107.893 m/s^2, and using a mass of 30% of 2.5*10^22 kg gives a force of 1.3358092*10^27 newtons.
That is equivalent to lifting 1.36168114*10^26 kg, or class Y. Though this is pretty rough, it'd be in that ballpark.
