How much strength is needed to do this?

How much AP is needed to strike the ground so hard that soldier bodies get lifted into the air far enough that a human can take cover under them while they are mid air. I guess the soldiers would be lifted up around 1.58m or 5ft 2inches since that's the height of an average Japanese woman. Would be great if someone could help out because I have no idea how to find out.
