a small city-sized meteor moving at High hypersonic+ speeds is flying towards a planet, around 100 feet before the meteor hits the planet it is telekinetically stopped and flung back into space where it hits the nearest moon, the entire feat takes place over the course of 20 seconds.

how much energy is required t do this
