How fast will be a character, who can cross entire New York in 11 seconds?

Elaborate. From which side is the character traveling? the city has boroughs, all ranging from different sizes. I was only talking about Manhattan's island, which still doesn't make up too much of the city. He could be traveling the width of the city, or the length, each one giving you different results.

Alright. I thought you meant the entire city, and not just Manhattan. This makes things much easier (Going by this picture alone to scale) I got about 522 px for Central park. The entire place is about 2400 px. That's a 4.6x difference. So... 2.5 miles*4.6=11.5 miles approximately. (11.5 miles)/(11 seconds)=1,682.496 m/s Supersonic+
Now, considering I'm dubious this picture is truly to scale, I'd go by what I originally said for Manhattans length of 13.4 miles.
