How does a lower tier character beat a higher tier character?

Let's ignore speed advantages because higher tier characters can be speedblitz. What abilities should the lower tier character have to stand a chance against the higher tier character who can't take any damage from the lower tier character?

Thansk for reading.

Pretty much any kind of durability negating ability. Out of the top of my head, reality warping, soul hax, space-time manipulation and void manipulation are good examples

So as long as either the higher tier character doesn't have those abilities or both characters have those abilities and that the lower tier character has better hax for each ability correct?

Hax. Nuff said.

Any power that negates durability in general (existence erasure, death manip, soul manip, destruction, petrification, etc...).

pretty much yeah, lower tier characters can beat higher one because of hax and other abilities that the latter cannot resists those or just basically doesn't have anything notable apart from the Tier difference or his hax are inferior compared to the lower tier character hax.

For instance Reinhard Heydrich can stomp some 3-A in his Low 4-c key.

Tiers only show attack potency, they don't have much relevance if the fighters can do more than punching or shoot energy blast. Martian Manhunter for example has mind controlled tier 2 beings. Tiers are not very important in fight really except for a few popular verse which lacks hax

Just to specify, if the tier difference is also dimensional difference the hax are meaningless unless they specifically work against higher dimensional beings

Are you implying that higher dimensional beings usually have more abilities and/or stronger hax aka 4D having more hax than 3D most of the time?

No. I'm saying that a higher dimensional being would shrug off any ability that doesn't specifically work on its level of existence.

Higher dimensional...I take it as though you mean Higher Dimensional in this circumstance is 4D, let's pretend a Low 2-C went up against a 3-A for instance what abilities would the 3-A need to beat the Low 2-C?

One of the durability negating abilities, but it must have been shown to work against 4D characters

Technically yes he can, not all tier 2s are 4-Dimensional beings
Really??? I thought being At least Low 2-C to 2-A qualifies for 4-Dimensional... Okay how can a character qualify for being in the 4-Dimensional beings category?
