If there is a verse that mentions the existence of all logically possible worlds, and yet there is a plane that, shall we say, transcends this cosmology of logically possible worlds but without being level 0. Does the existence of this plane detract from the cosmology of all logically possible worlds for the verse in question? It is my understanding that "all logically possible worlds" is level H1A+. If so, what level would that be?

It would be a contradiction for High 1-A+, so the tier would be dependent on whatever other feats the verse has.
