how do i go about calcing these speed feats

Mesure the distance between the Katana user and the shirtless guy, then divide it by 1 second as it was done in a single timeframe
they are two shirtless guys but im assuming u mean the first two pics. Then do you have an idea for the second two?. Also thanks for replying im going to calc that now :).

Yes I meant that

Assuming these guys are superhuman, use angsizing to calc how far from the screen is katana user, then for the time, same thing as the other one (1 second cuz the feat is done in a single timeframe). Then divide the distance travelled (the result in m of your angsizing) by Superhuman perception values (So basically: X value from angsizing/0.08 seconds)
Also thanks for replying im going to calc that now :).
